I’m an out-of-the-box thinker who loves a good story. I write and edit, and I coach public speakers. I have the drive and skills to guide you to success.

I’ve been a freelance writer and editor for two years, and it’s awesome. Working with people on their dreams is uniquely rewarding.

I spent 21 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, eight as a public affairs officer - communicating the work of the military to the public; writing & editing; prepping subject matter experts for interviews; drawing out human stories and sharing them with the world.

Before that I was a critical care nurse and health care administrator; integrating care from Vancouver Island to Halifax, from Edmonton to Haiti and Columbia; working with compassion and advocating for those who couldn’t.
